Lancaster, PA - Downtown Dances 2015 presents From the Ground Up at the Ware Center on Sunday, March 1 at 4 pm. This hugely popular dance event is a concert of modern and contemporary dance exploring growth, development, and evolution. Lancaster's most talented choreographers delved into various themes including nature, technology, human relationships, art, music, and literature for inspiration. The result is eleven unique and exquisitely crafted dances in one very entertaining show. The dances are inspired by the constant state of flux in both our external and internal worlds. From classic to provocative, quirky to intense, serene to exhilarating, From the Ground Up is sure to please all audiences.
Tickets are on sale for $15 adult, $12 senior, & $5 student and can be purchased by calling 717-871-7600 or visit www.ArtsMU.com. Tickets can also be purchased in person at the Ticket Office located in the Student Memorial Center on Millersville's campus, or the Ware Center, located at 42 N. Prince Street, in Lancaster. The Ware Center's doors will open one hour before the show for ticket sales, subject to availability.
