Dance Council of North Texas Presents NATIONAL TAP DANCE CELEBRATION 2015

Dance Council of North Texas in partnership with Dallas Summer Musicals (DSM) presents the Before-the-Show Show, If the Shoe Fits..... Tap!!, 45 minutes of exciting, fast-paced tap dancing performed by tappers from all over the Metroplex just prior to DSM's presentation of the Broadway hit Cinderella in the Music Hall at Fair Park.

Tracy Jordan, a renowned tap dancer and choreographer and director of DSM High School Musical Theatre Awards, Sherri Wooten, co-owner of Li-Sher Dance Studio in Commerce, and Joe Cutaia and Ann Briggs-Cutaia directors of The Chaplin Cotillions join forces to co-direct The Hoofin' Crew, a group of highly talented, individually-selected performers. Don't miss them strut their stuff throughout this not-to-be-missed, annual favorite tap dance celebration.

To close each show, everyone is invited on stage with the dancers to perform the National Anthem of Tap, The Shim Sham.
