Dance Classes Offered at New Lisle Studio, Begins 8/22

Contempo Dance Academy, newly located in downtown Lisle, Illinois, is poised to become a leader among Chicago area dance studios with the launch of its 2011-2012 academic year on August 22, 2011. Offering dance classes for children, teens, and adults in such popular techniques as ballet, jazz, and hip-hop for aspiring students at all levels of training, Contempo Dance Academy provides professional quality instruction in an encouraging and accessible setting.

An open house and fall registration event, which will include dance performances, tours of the facility, and a dance workshop, will be held at the Lisle location (4723 Main Street) on August 13th from 1:00-4:00 p.m. In addition to registering for group dance classes, attendees may obtain information on private dance lessons, "Introduction to Dance" birthday parties, and studio rental at the open house.

Under the leadership of its Artistic Director, Kimberly Kovacevich, Contempo Dance Academy's mission is to serve the local community by providing a learning environment where pre-professional students, skaters, gymnasts, and recreational dancers of all ages can enjoy the challenge and benefits of structured dance training. Ms. Kovacevich, who will also be on faculty at the Joffrey Ballet's school in Chicago this fall, looks forward to her new role at Contempo Dance Academy.
