Dance Academy USA Donates 250 Tickets for Annual Recital to Bay Area Kids' Charity

Dance Academy USA is pleased to announce that it will be donating 50 tickets per show for its Annual Recital to a Bay Area kids' charity. The recital consists of five separate performances over the weekend of June 15th-16th and will showcase all of the DAU community's outstanding dancers of all ages and styles. DAU's donation has a market value of approximately $6000.

Recently, Dance Academy USA sold over 2000 Recital Tickets within five days of announcing its annual shows, which will be held at the San Jose Center for the Performing Arts (CPA). To purchase tickets for this show, please click here, or call (408) 792-4111.

Jane Carter, the Artistic Director of Dance Academy USA said: "We have moved our annual Recital this year to the San Jose Center for the Performing Arts, primarily, so that we could invite some kids in our community that wouldn't otherwise have the means to attend; but also so that our customers could purchase a relatively unlimited numbers of tickets and invite extended family, friends, and neighbors - something that has been a challenge in years past. The CPA gives us the opportunity to achieve both of these objectives." For the past 15 years, Dance Academy USA has been using an excellent local theatre with a seating capacity of approximately 600. In 2012, all eight shows were 100% sold out. The CPA has a seating capacity of over 2700, which should give DAU, Northern California's Largest Dance School, the "elbow room" they need to run their five shows.

About the company: Dance Academy USA was founded in 1990 by James R. and Jane R. Carter. The business has since expanded in size, becoming the largest dance studio in Northern California with a staff with over 50 employees.
