DESTINY RISING at The Joyce Theater on 4/22 to Benefit the NYC Dance Alliance Foundation

On Monday, April 22 at 7:30pm at The Joyce Theater, the NYC Dance Alliance Foundation will present DESTINY RISING, an evening of dance artistry benefiting the NYC Dance Alliance Foundation College Scholarship Program. Featuring outstanding NYC Dance Alliance alumni, choreography from NYC Dance Alliance faculty, and special guest performances from prominent professional dance companies, there will also be a post-performance talkback available to all in attendance. VIP tickets are $100 (prime orchestra ticket and a ticket to the after party), additional tickets are priced at $45 (orchestra seating) and $25 (for loge or front row orchestra seating).

The guest performances for the evening will include NYC Dance Alliance alum Catherine Hurlin from the American Ballet Theatre Studio Company, New York City Ballet's Brittany Pollack & Jon Stafford, NYC Dance Alliance alum Jon Bond from Cedar Lake Contemporary Ballet, Jessica Lang Dance, Rasta Thomas' Bad Boys of Dance and the Conservatory Dance Company from Point Park University.

The choreographers featured in the evening will include Jon Bond, Grace Buckley, Adrienne Canterna, Jennifer Golonka, Jessica Lang, Garfield Lemonius, Andy Pellick and Cindy Salgado.

DESTINY RISING will take place on Monday, April 22 at 7:30pm at The Joyce Theater (175 8th Avenue). Tickets can be purchased by phone at 855-692-5678 or online at www.NYCDance.com.
