Dancing With The Stars two-time winner, Kym Johnson has announced that she will not be returning for the upcoming 17th season. Instead, she will be pursuing new 'amazing' opportunities in Australia.
She has previously partnered with Joey Fatone, Penn Jillette, David Hasselhoff, Mark Cuban, Jerry Springer and more.
Johnson told US Weekly, "I will be taking the next season off from DWTS USA, so that I may accept an amazing work opportunity back home in Australia. I am excited, nervous and humbled by this chance and look forward to sharing more about it with you soon."
She wished success to the upcoming cast for season 17 and said that she "hopes to see you all back on the dance floor for season 18."
John made her DWTS debut on the Australian version for seasons 1-3 and won season 2. She joined the Los Angeles company in season 3. Johnson won the Mirror Ball trophy twice in 2011.
