Cynthia King Dance Studio will host a Brooklyn-Queens Day Dance-a-thon on Thursday, June 5 from 12:00-4:00 PM. The free event for both children and adults will feature a photo booth with costumes and a chance for dancers to mark their footprints on the CKDS Walk of Fame. Faculty members will lead dances in Hip Hop, African, Contemporary, and Breakdancing as they build up to a Brooklyn-style Dance-Off with prizes. The Brooklyn-Queens Day Dance-a-thon takes place at the new Cynthia King Dance Studio Flatbush location at 21 Snyder Avenue, between Flatbush and Bedford Avenues.
"What better way to celebrate our favorite borough than with non-stop dancing!" said Director Cynthia King. "We're excited to invite friends and neighbors into our new spacious dance center."
