Rock & Roll Hall of Fame inductees Ann and Nancy Wilson first showed the world that women can rock when their band, Heart, stormed the charts in the '70's with hits like Crazy on You, Magic Man, Barracuda, Straight On, and so many more. Not only did the Wilson sisters lead the band, they wrote the songs and played the instruments too, making them the first women in rock to do so. Heart continued topping the charts through the '80's and '90's with huge hits like These Dreams, Alone, What About Love, If Looks Could Kill, Never, and a string of other hits that showcased the sisters' enormous talents as musicians and singers.

Along the way, music by Ann and Nancy Wilson and their band Heart sold more than 35 million albums, sold out arenas worldwide, and found their way into the soundtrack of American life through radio, motion pictures, television, and associations with branded sponsors. The National Acrobats of The People's Republic of China 2014 was founded in 1951 and has been one of the most acclaimed acrobatic troupes in China. Over several generations, the Company has developed many unique acrobatic acts like Global Motorcycling, Kicking Bowls to Heads on High Unicycles, Russian Bars In Chinese Traditional Style, Chinese Poles In Shaolin Style, Diving Through Moving Hoops, Aerial Bungee Tumblings, and Aerial Tissue Flowers, etc. These acts (and many others) have been enjoyed and praised by Chinese and foreign audiences for decades. Since its inception in 1951, there have been more than two hundred artists of the Company that have won the gold and silver awards at international and national acrobatic competitions and circus festivals. For its 2014 North American tour, the Company will bring a brand new production that will amaze and astound audiences.

Celebrate the holidays with conductor, Robert E. Lamb and the Brevard Community Chorus as they perform "Hodie," by Ralph Vaughan Williams. At its home in the Maxwell C. King Center for the Performing Arts, the chorus has performed such works as Bach's Christmas Oratorio, Handel's Messiah, Poulenc's Gloria, Mozart's Requiem, Brahms's Ein Deutsches Requiem, and Orff 's Carmina Burana. Brevard Community Chorus is a volunteer organization of 100-plus voices that meets weekly for the purpose of rehearsing and performing the larger works of the choral repertoire.

After 50 active years of hit song making and international album sales well into the multi-millions, it's safe to say that esteemed singer-songwriter and musician Gordon Lightfoot resides with some very exclusive company atop the list of all-time greats. His song catalog is incredibly vast and includes such immortals as Early Morning Rain, If You Could Read My Mind, Carefree Highway, Sundown, (That's What You Get) For Lovin Me, The Wreck Of The Edmund Fitzgerald, Cold On The Shoulder, Canadian Railroad Trilogy, Ribbon Of Darkness, Beautiful, Song For A Winter's Night, Shadows, Rainy Day People, Did She Mention My Name and Summertime Dream to name a few.
