A screening of Harold Lloyd's 1919 silent short comedy Bumping Into Broadway, accompanied by a new score by award-winning film composer Rolfe Kent, highlights this evening, perfect for the whole family.

Kent's impressive list of credits includes Legally Blonde, Up in the Air, Sideways,Dexter and more, and he is known for his unique textures and rhythms, as well as for working with acclaimed directors Alexander Payne and Jason Reitman.

The DCS also performs Ruth Crawford Seeger's Music for Small Orchestra, and Aaron Copland's beautiful Appalachian Spring Suite.
