The Walt Disney Concert Hall organ was inaugurated in 2004 at the opening of the Los Angeles Philharmonic's second season in the new Hall. The specially curved wood façade pipes were made by Glatter-Götz Orgelbau of solid, vertical grain Douglas fir and consist of the Violone and Bassoon basses.
