Singapore, October 3, 2012 — (Press Release) Join PsalmiDeo Chorale as it celebrates 10 years of friendship and song in the concert titled "Dekada" at SOTA Concert Hall (School of the Arts Singapore, 1 Zubir Said Drive) on Sunday, October 21 at 7 p.m.

PsalmiDeo Chorale, which is under the musical direction of Kiko Dimalanta, is made up of Singapore-based Filipino professionals brought together by their passion for singing and their love for choral music. What began as a church choir in 2002 has since evolved into a dynamic performance choir with a broad repertoire from classical, folk to contemporary music.

Now in its 10th year, the choir opened its 2012 season with performances at the "Titanic:The Artifact Exhibition" at the ArtScience Museum of Marina Bay Sands, and at the “Play It Back!” outdoor music festival at The Esplanade Park.

The choir also recently performed at the Diplomatic Corps Gala Dinner hosted by the Philippine Embassy in Singapore during the 114th Philippine Independence Day Celebrations.

Last year, PsalmiDeo Chorale enthralled audiences in an evening of thanksgiving and music as part of the "Celebrate December" concert series at The Esplanade, featuring traditional and popular Christmas and international songs.

Also last year, PsalmiDeo Chorale performed with the world-famous Loboc Children’s Choir from the Philippines in the latter's thanksgiving concert in Singapore.

The choir held a successful concert at the Singapore Concert Hall titled “Behind the Scenes,” which featured well-loved songs from both international and Filipino movies.
