Antonio Saillant, the sustainable producer from New York and who recently launched, The Saillant Company in Florida, a multi-platform production company that will include documentaries, feature films, and television shows all made 100% sustainable visited The Manatee Performing Arts Center located in Florida.

Having many years being a sustainable producer, consultant strategist and sustainable keynote speaker, Saillant's long-standing reputation delivers outstanding results. He travels nationwide to speak about "The Intersection Between Film and Sustainability." Saillant discusses his experiences and qualms about sustainability in Hollywood and on the small screen and emphasizes steps that should be taken to make the industry more environmentally friendly.

On his tour of The Manatee Performing Arts Center with Chief Executive Officer, Janene M. Amick, Saillant had the opportunity to see a wonderfully built Art Center, met some of the staff members, and learned about the history of this amazing Art Center.

Saillant hopes to develop a Master Class for Actors and Filmmakers at The Manatee Performing Arts Center in the near future. He is eager to bring people together for the chance to make their dreams into reality.

Saillant has committed his time as a consultant and filmmaker to increasing awareness of eco-friendly film practices as the head of Angel Light Communications and The Saillant Company, companies that assists in the process of 'green filmmaking.' In this regard, he provides suggestions for many practices which could be updated with an eye towards reducing environmental burden. Saillant worked with Ted Kotcheff, former executive producer of NBC's "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit," for many seasons. Saillant is working on a football drama, "Knights58," and feature film "The Matilda Effect."
