HOUSTON (October 13, 2015) - The highly anticipated global concert tour of The Legend of Zelda: Symphony of the Goddesses-Master Quest will descend on the Houston Symphony at 7:30 p.m. on October 21 and 22, 2015.
The legend comes alive in a unique multimedia concert experience presenting over 29 years of music from The Legend of Zelda franchise with a cinematic video presentation and the music performed live by a chorus and the full orchestra. Audiences can expect new additions from "A Link Between Worlds," the most recently released Zelda game, and all-new orchestral arrangements from game titles "Ocarina of Time," "The Wind Waker" "Twilight Princess" "A Link to the Past," "Link's Awakening" and more.
Members of the Houston Symphony Chorus, under the direction of Betsy Cook Weber, will join the orchestra and the world tour's music director and conductor, Amy Andersson, in this unique concert experience. Andersson has conducted the The Legend of Zelda:Symphony of the Goddesses tour in major concert halls and arenas through Canada, Mexico, Europe and the U.S.
The concerts will take place at Jones Hall for the Performing Arts, 615 Louisiana Street, in Houston's Theater District.
