Conservatory Lab Charter School to Honor BPYO Advisor Mark Churchill at Spring Fling, 4/2

The Boston Philharmonic Orchestra has announced that BPYO Artistic Advisor Mark Churchill will be honored as Distinguished Citizen Artist by the Conservatory Lab Charter School at their Spring Fling on Sunday, April 7 at 2pm at the Strand Theatre in Dorchester.

The event will feature performances by the students of El Sistema at Conservatory Lab, including the Dudamel Orchestra, which will also collaborate with the Boston Philharmonic Youth Orchestra for a joint performance at the First Annual El Sistema Greater Boston Spring Showcase on Saturday, June 1.

On April 7, the students of the Conservatory Lab Charter School will bring music and learning to life and as they celebrate Mark Churchill's years of service to the musical community of Boston.
