Chamber Players International will present pianist Julia Zilberquit in concert, November 16, 2016 at 7:30 PM, performing J.S. Bach concerti with chamber orchestra at DiMenna Center for Classical Music/Baryshnikov Arts Center's Mary Flagler Cary Hall, 450 West 37th Street in New York, NY. This performance will be part of her year-long traversal of the complete Bach concerti.

Repertoire will include Bach Concerti in D Major, BWV 1054 and f minor, BWV 1056, with soloist Julia Zilberquit. Steven Gerber's Two Lyric Pieces for violin and string orchestra, Bela Horvath, soloist, and David Winkler's Concert Prelude No. 1 for string orchestra will also be presented.

Russian-born American pianist Julia Zilberquit has earned critical acclaim as a recitalist, orchestral soloist, chamber musician, and recording artist. She was praised by The New York Times as "an outstanding soloist" after her Carnegie Hall performance of Cesar Franck's symphonic poem Les Djinns for piano and orchestra with Leon Botstein and the American Symphony Orchestra.
