Carlo Montanaro Guest Conducts Atlanta Symphony Orchestra, Now thru 11/9

Italian guest conductor Carlo Montanaro - the Music Director of Teatr Wielki in Warsaw, Poland - will make his Atlanta Symphony debut tonight and tomorrow, November 7-8, 2013, at 8:00 p.m., and November 9, 2013, at 7:30 p.m. in Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center. The program will include Tchaikovsky's Capriccio italien and Dvorák's Symphony No. 9, "New World."

French pianist Pascal Rogé will join the Atlanta Symphony for Saint-Saëns's Piano Concerto No. 5, "Egyptian." These performances will mark Mr. Rogé's second appearance with the Orchestra.
