The Baltimore Symphony Orchestra (BSO) will raffle the chance for one lucky patron (per concert) to conduct the BSO during the annual "Star-Spangled Spectacular" celebration, Wednesday, July 3 and Thursday, July 4 at 8 p.m. at Oregon Ridge Park.
For $5, patrons can enter to win the opportunity to lead the BSO in John Phillip Sousa's patriotic march, "Stars and Stripes Forever." To enter, patrons can visit the tables located near the main entrance; BSO staff members will also be walking among the crowd to sell tickets. Conductor Bob Bernhardt will select one winner each night before intermission and give her or him a coaching session during intermission to prepare the winner for his or her BSO conducting debut in the second half of the program.COMPLETE PROGRAM DETAILS:
