"Distant Worlds: Music from Final Fantasy" will return to Atlanta tonight, June 7-8, 2013, at 8:00 p.m., in Atlanta Symphony Hall at the Woodruff Arts Center. The program will feature iconic selections from the video game's internationally popular 25-year catalogue of music.

Grammy Award-winning conductor Arnie Roth will lead vocalist Susan Calloway and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra in this unique multimedia experience, which will include exclusive HD video of the game's most memorable sequences provided by the Final Fantasy game developers, Square Enix. The ASO will perform selections from Final Fantasy by Japanese composer Nobuo Uematsu, one of the most celebrated composers in the history of video game music.

A limited number of $90 VIP tickets will include premier seating, a limited edition official concert tour booklet, and a post-concert reception with Mr. Roth and Ms. Calloway.

A classically trained violinist, conductor, composer, producer and Grammy award- winning artist, Arnie Roth performs across a wide array of musical genres. Mr. Roth has performed with a host of artists, including Il Divo, Diana Ross, Jewel, The Three Tenors, The Irish Tenors, Charlotte Church, vnexph Groban, Patrick Stewart, Branford Marsalis and Andrea Bocelli.

Combine the edginess of Pink with the socially conscious lyrics of U2, wrap that in a voice that gracefully explodes like Sarah McLaughlin, yet soothes the soul like Sarah Barailles, and that would be the start of describing Susan Calloway.

The Atlanta Symphony Orchestra (ASO), currently in its 68th season, consistently affirms its position as one of America's leading orchestras by performing great music, presenting great artists, educating, and engaging. The orchestra is known for the excellence of its live performances, presentations, renowned choruses, and its impressive list of GRAMMY Award-winning recordings. The leading cultural organization in the Southeast, the ASO serves as the cornerstone for artistic development and music education in the region.
