The Grammy Award-winning Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will kick off the 2015-16 Delta POPS! season with the 'Classical Mystery Tour - A Beatles Tribute' on October 16-17, 2015 at 8 p.m. The performance at Atlanta Symphony Hall will be led by Principal POPS! Conductor Michael Krajewski.

Fifty years ago, the Beatles played their only Atlanta concert at what was then Atlanta Stadium, and the Atlanta Symphony Orchestra will recreate that concert with an evening of iconic Beatles classics featuring one of the nation's best Beatles tribute bands, now the No. 1 symphony pops attraction of the past decade.

The tribute band's four members look, dance and sing exactly like the original Beatles - John, Paul, George and Ringo - from hair and costumes to note-for-note lyrics performed exactly as recorded when rock 'n' roll was the hip, new thing.

The performers and audience will Twist and Shout to more than two dozen favorite Beatles tunes during the 'Classical Mystery Tour,' and All You Need Is Love - and a ticket - available online at atlantasymphony.org or by calling 404.733.5000. Tickets may also be purchased at the Woodruff Arts Center Box Office, located in the Woodruff Arts Center at 15th and Peachtree Streets. Box office hours are Monday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday through Friday 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, noon to 8 p.m. and Sunday noon to 5 p.m.

Friday evening, October 16, will be a special The Home Depot Veterans Night across the Woodruff Arts Center Campus. Tickets are free for veterans and military family members, with the presentation of a valid military ID at the box office, located at 1280 Peachtree Street, Atlanta, Georgia. Tickets are available 7 days in advance of show and two free tickets are available per household. For additional details and more information, visit woodruffcenter.org/veterans.
