Wilma Pollette Self Releases 'Reflections of the Woman Self'

Wilma Pollette Self's new collection of poetry "Reflections of the Woman Self: (A Second Look)" (published by AuthorHouse) explores the female experience, from love to life to spiritual matters.

Wilma Pollette Self was born in Lincoln, Neb., and grew up in Falls City. After graduating from high school, she married and began life as a military wife. The next 20 years brought eight sons and the beginning of her poetry writing. One of her poems, "The Rockpile," is permanently placed at the entrance to the National Training Center, Fort Irwin, Calif.
