William L. Mince, new COO of LiveLeaf, Inc., is fine with his employees' failure, as long as they fail fast and learn from the mistake.
In Mince's new book, Up from the Crowd, he describes how his own mentors encouraged him to leave his comfort zone, helping him grow into the leader he is today. From his own experiences, Mince offers advice for managers on becoming effective leaders.
