The best things to sell on eBay aren't iPods or xBoxes. According to Waterhouse Research the best things to sell on eBay that yield high profits are low cost, high volume items that people use every day. Waterhouse Research, founded by eBay millionaire Neil Waterhouse, has recently found a product that is selling at a 110 percent return on investment (ROI).
