About the Author
Vlasta Bartoli? Vuk was born in 1964 in Zagreb. In her teens, she met, as member of the literary group of the student club I. G. Kova?i?, young writers of various styles. Although her generation gathered around the magazine Quorum, she acted self-denyingly, honing her poetic style for a long time. Relatively lately, she published her first collection of prose poetry, "Blue Photons of Zagreb,"which got excellent reviews. For a while she led recitals of poetry in the city library with poet V. Karkovi?. She is a member of the forum Poetical Morning, presided by R. Roklicer, and the legendary poet S. Meršinjak previously. There, she has recited her poems, which were also published in Great Britain. She writes for children as well as for adults.
