Set for a new marketing campaign, the book is a story of life illustrating how man will choose life rather than war. The book features story fragments, a film treatment, several poems, an excerpt from a play, a two-act play and a few letters. Love says the play "Qui Est Marcel" is especially important because everyone is somewhat like the main character Marcel, in that everyone has dreams and problems.
The purpose of the book for Love is to explore the theme of peace as it has been an object of discussions for ages and he feels literature is an essential way to promote it.
An excerpt from the book:
When I was gentle and kind - when I gave of myself and all that I was, I was scorned and ridiculed. When I loved and lived trusting all, even though I knew I was being abused, I was called a fool.
