Author Tricia Kaye Exman takes readers on a multimedia adventure to transform their lives in her new nonfiction book, "Twisted Truths" (published by WestBow Press), and its accompanying 21-video companion series.

"Our world knows we need change; we hope for things to be different than they are; we desire deep and lasting transformation on multiple levels and in many arenas of society," Exman states. "However, we seem to remain stuck with status quo, meager results, or even backward movement. We need to understand why that is in order to make the appropriate adjustments to our approach."

"Twisted Truths" sets out to identify the barriers that keep people from making significant, lasting changes to their lives. Exman points to external demands, self-imposed limitations, confined thinking, loss of desire, lack of imagination and the inability to think outside the box as obstacles that must be overcome when striving for lasting transformation.

Exman does more than simply provide readers with information. "Twisted Truths" immerses its audience in a journey of transformation, drawing on other forms of media to enhance the experience and reinforce learning. EdenQuest is a 21-video companion series, available online free of charge, that Exman created to complement the content in her book. "Twisted Truths" includes sections for EdenQuest journaling and study, and other media sources are implemented as well.

"The clamoring for change is heard throughout the world," Exman states. "It is everywhere."
