Timmy Fielding's new memoir "Silent Victim: Growing Up in a Child Porn Ring" (published by iUniverse) details a shy, insecure 9-year-old boy's horrific journey into the dark world of child pornography after he naively trusts the wrong person.

Fielding will present "Silent Victim" at the 2013 California Library Association's Annual Conference, Nov. 3-5, 2013. The conference is California's premier event for library professionals. Attendees have the opportunity to network and learn via workshops, presentations and special events; meet vendors and check out their latest products and services; and hear world-renowned speakers inform, motivate and entertain.

There is nothing at home for little Timmy except a physically and mentally abusive mother. Timmy is a small, shy 9-year-old boy. When he meets his third grade teacher, Mr. Gunther quickly becomes the friend and a male role model Timmy never had, showering him with the gifts and love Timmy so desperately needs. However, Mr. Gunther's evil intentions go far beyond simple molestation. He lures Timmy into a lonely, dark world of child pornography where he's forced to perform sexual acts on other men and boys alike. Unfortunately his nightmare is just beginning.
