About The Author
Mary Bringle was born in Racine, Wisconsin in 1938. She attended college at the University of Colorado in Boulder and at New York University After brief periods of being a model, an actress, and a lawyer's office assistant, her first appearance in print was in When I was 16 (Platt and Munk, 1967) "by Mary Brannum and the Editors." Mary Bringle went on to author several books including, The Footpath Murder, The Man in the Moss-Colored Trousers, and Open Heart.
