About the authors
Joseph Babatunde Fagoyinbo received his Master of Engineering degree in environmental engineering from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria, Nigeria. Fagoyinbo served as the coordinator for the Cadets' Industrial Work Experience Scheme for the Nigeria Defense Academy and has over 26 articles and published seminar/conference presentations. He currently resides in Kaduna, Nigeria with his wife.
