Many children always find themselves in trouble as they get along with others whether at home, in school or even when they are with their friends during their grown up years. They do things and oftentimes find themselves in inexplicable situations. Author Teresa Ward shares to readers a story inspired by an actual experience that happened in her family.

"Go To Your Room" is an illustrated book that tells the story about a boy who seems to find himself in trouble many times. His parents always tell him to go to his room whenever he does something wrong like when he refuses to eat dinner, when he breaks his brother's toys, when he jumps on the couch, when he is too noisy, when he does something silly on his brother's homework and more. However, when his grandma calls up, it becomes a totally whole new story as he talks to her.

A very short but entertaining read, "Go To Your Room" is a book that the whole family can enjoy. It vividly illustrates humorous daily experiences of a typical young boy and his family within the traditional home as well as his sense of emotional closeness to his grandparent.
