Every time you watch an hour of television, 360 child abuse reports are accounted for. According to http://www.childhelp.com, a report of child abuse is filed every ten seconds. These staggering unknown statistics are precisely the reason why Chris J. Keelty wrote the book "Primeval Scream".

As an educator in England, Keelty has personally witnessed the horrors of child abuse in the children he meets on a daily basis. In "Primeval Scream," Keelty draws on his experience as a teacher who has worked with abused children in the inner city systems. Through writing his book, Keelty hopes to provide an outlet for abused children around the world who are powerless and vulnerable.

"Because I have worked with so many abused children in my many years of teaching, I wanted to be a voice for them and write a story on their behalf, "Keelty said.

While reading "Primeval Scream," readers will follow the journey of Peter, the main character, who is on trial for murder. Throughout the book, Peter reflects back on growing up in a dysfunctional family and the horrendous events that made him who he is in the present.

Keelty's realistic style of writing and powerful, chilling storyline makes "Primeval Scream" a book that empowers individuals to join in on the conversations of child abuse. This shocking tale will stay with readers for a long time, as they will be deeply moved.
