Tax Accountant by Day, Poet by Night Image Poetry is an art that allows the writer to express feelings or ideas with a special intensity and beauty that is formed through style and rhythm. For one tax accountant, it is a way to unite all of humanity.

In "The Joy of Poems," Angel M. Jimenez takes his life experiences and desires and conveys them through his collection of poetry.

"Life is everything," Jimenez said. "Our appreciation for life and everything it represents becomes exceedingly more significant in all spheres, of which the most important on earth is humanity."

Jimenez, who works as a tax accountant, believes poetry is a great unifier for humanity.

"Each of us is born," Jimenez said. "My mother could have been your mother and your mother could have been mine. That's a concept of human existence that should unite us all in love, spirit and appreciation for one another and the best way for me to express this, is by means of poetry."
