ONTARIO, Calif.

It's estimated that 160,000 children miss school every day due to fear of attack or intimidation by other students, according to nobullying.com. Author and teacher, Judy Walker wants to put a stop to the nonsense of bullies.

As an experienced teacher and authoritative voice on bullying, building positive relationships and respecting one another, Walker has written her new whimsical children's picture book, "Turkey Trouble," to help children understand the importance of being nice to others.

"I saw value for children everywhere, and I believe reading this story can influence them in becoming what they were created to be-kind and responsible people who care for others," said Walker.

"Turkey Trouble" takes children through an adventurous story filled with twists and turns, teaching them valuable lessons about life and friendship.

"What the world needs now is a spirit of love that motivates individuals to look out for others and work together for the good of all," said Walker. "The turkeys develop this attitude in a delightful imaginative tale that will captivate young readers and listeners."
