For the past 14 years author Anton G. Hardy has noticed the many strange events that have plagued the American Government. Such examples are the unprovoked attacks on other countries and the refusal of one of the political parties to take part in the governance of the country. It was also marred with vitriolic feelings that threatened to erupt in chaos at times. In "THE REPUBLICAN CHARACTER," Anton G. Hardy has written a truly eye-opening look at the recent political situation of the United States.
"THE REPUBLICAN CHARACTER" is a highly intriguing book that shows the unsettling feature of the United States politics in the last 14 years that has been the behavior of Congressional Republicans. It shows how it has been mired in ideology and often disconnected from reality, it also shows these republicans have repeatedly distorted facts, disdained scientific evidence, and refused to participate in governing. The author describes his reactions to the events of this period as they unfolded in time and shows how the various traits and behaviors that these Republicans exhibit stem from a certain kind of character syndrome.
This enthralling read shows readers how the country has lost touch with its Democratic roots through the years, and that it should reaffirm the values that are important to the American Community.
