About the Author
Sarosh Quereshy received special training in the field of medicine and rehabilitation from the New York Hospital-Cornell Medical Center. He then worked as the medical director of three rehabilitation centers in northern New York and also had a private practice. Over the past three years he exclusively studied clinical nutrition and has utilized his experience and medical knowledge to develop a highly effective lifestyle program. He currently resides in Milford, N.H.
