Fate might have other plans for the young man though, as he is shown another path that turns him into one of the prime pieces the realm of Tannrias will come to depend on in fighting the growing darkness. Fate has Sidgbrienn cross paths with folk who are willing to help him in his unexpected adventure, people brave enough to stand against wickedness and corruption for the same reason as Sidgbrienn, while others may simply join him for their own agenda.
