Following a divorce and the deaths of two loved ones, Corey Lee Lewis entered a period of depression. In his new memoir, "The Art of Becoming: Quantum Leaping into Your Future Self" (published by Balboa Press), Lewis teaches readers how he learned to overcome grief and transcend his own previously held beliefs about himself to achieve his life goals.
"(The book) contains many of the teachings of the New Thought and life coaching," says Lewis, "and it speaks to the desire everyone has of creating a life that is truly fulfilling and filled with meaning and purpose and success."
"The Art of Becoming" offers a blend of narrative, conversations and direct teachings that reveals the techniques Lewis learned along his journey. He hopes readers will pick up on the insights he provides so that they, too, can "get the life of their dreams."
Lewis adds, "I want readers to take away hope that they now have a process for Being who they have always dreamed of Becoming."
