Remember the dreams you concocted when you first started your career? Or perhaps you developed them along the way, but haven't had the nerve to put them into action. Initiating a big change can be demanding, but with the right mindset, anything is possible.
In his new book, "Subtle Energy and the World We Experience," Rich Ralston helps readers to achieve a purposeful mindset in order to accomplish their goals. He believes in the healing power of the mind and says one can learn to empower themselves to reach a higher potential.
He seeks to open readers' eyes to who they are, what spirituality is and help people regain personal power to think on their own. The book elaborates on the loose definition of subtle energy as a universal force that runs through all people. Ralston explains its influence in our lives, and also provides practical applications and clarification on hard-to-answer questions.
The organization of the book into sections allows readers to read only what they find pertinent. If they wish to read about his experience with the "crossing over of souls" and how he has helped families in this respect, they can simply turn to this section. If they desire help in harnessing their energy, Ralston provides techniques for learning to think positively.
"Subtle energy affects us all," Ralston said, "and can be seen in our daily life, as well as the afterlife and in clearing the conscious of past personal experiences."
Ralston asserts in his book that subtle energy can be used to promote change and empower people. Coupled with the techniques offered in the book, anyone can embrace the power of subtle energy and allow it to aid in the removal of unbeneficial thought patterns and enable one to harness their personal power.
