The books cover an issue which has been relentlessly covered in the media, most recently in July when Representative Bill Posey demanded a congressional investigation into the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention for allegedly manipulating and destroying data that showed a link between vaccines and Autism.

Representative Posey based his call for investigation was based in part on transcripts of telephone calls between Drs. William Thompson, CDC senior scientist, and Brian Hooker. In these calls, presented in full in Vaccine Whistleblower: Exposing Autism Research Fraud at the CDC by Kevin Barry, with foreword by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., JD, LLM and preface by Dr. Boyd E. Haley, scientists Thompson and Hooker discuss the alteration of data that showed a link between vaccines and autism.
