BUFORD, Ga.

Death is a real part of life - a part that many find difficult to discuss. Author Sinnaj chose to help others dealing with the death of a loved one by opening up about the events following her husband's death. Her new book, "From a Note to a Novel" (published by Trafford Publishing), describes her grief process, the setbacks and the strength she ultimately discovered.

"From a Note to a Novel" was recently selected for inclusion in the Trafford Gold Seal program, which recognizes excellence in writing and overall potential.

Sinnaj's book explores the events that happened in her family just after her husband's death. She explains how she dealt with the loss of other family members over the years. She delves into her grief process and how she eventually found the strength to get through it.

"From a Note to a Novel" is written to take readers on the journey through grief to hope and recovery. Sinnaj says that her stories will inform and inspire, but also provoke thought, laughter and tears.

"At some point in everyone's life, they will have to deal with loss and death," Sinnaj says. "In this book, I'm sharing my experience and hopefully my transparency helps someone else going through a similar situation."
