Shirley D. Andrews' Book Presents Variety of Land Birds, Waterfowl ImageShirley D. Andrews' passions include writing worship songs and leading worship and small group Bible studies. She now has added a new passion for inspirational writing. "HIS Eye is on the Sparrow: A Devotional Inspired by Nature: Volume I" (published by WestBow Press) is her first attempt at writing devotional books.

The devotional presents a variety of small and large land birds and small and large waterfowl. A portrait photographer who rarely leaves home without his camera and gear has taken these photos. Most of these photos have been taken in New Mexico, New Jersey, Florida, British Columbia, Wyoming, Montana, Long Island, his backyard in Duanesburg and other remote places.

"At some point in everyone's life, God wants to make Himself known and loved by His creation," Andrews says. "This book is full of scriptural answers about who God is and why He wants us to belong to Him. Readers will find, not only a relationship with Christ, but exciting Godly purpose for their life as they learn to listen to Him."

Whether one is a nature lover, birder, photographer, devotional collector, God lover or God beginner, Andrews' hopes readers will experience God's presence on every page of the book as they meditate on his word and his miraculous creation.
