Earlier this month, Liberty University Press published "Why I Believe in Jesus (And Why You Should, Too)" by Peter Hamilton.

Hamilton's book states the case for believing in Jesus as man's only hope of eternal salvation. It explains the foundational truths of the Christian faith as revealed in the New Testament, including the virgin birth of Jesus.

"I have met many people over the course of ministry who relied on different things to get them to heaven, such as baptism, church attendance, church membership, and good works, rather than a personal relationship with Jesus Christ," Hamilton said. "The distinction between these two different types of believers might be described as the difference between an intellectual belief of the head and a saving faith of the heart."

Because of these experiences, Hamilton wanted to write a book that contained not only his personal testimony, but a full explanation of the Gospel and Christianity as well.

"Why I Believe in Jesus (And Why You Should, Too)" explores the life of an individual changed by Christ. The book challenges its readers to take the same step by putting their faith, trust, and hope in Jesus.

"Why I Believe in Jesus (And Why You Should, Too)" is now available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble.
