In "Unpack Now - Get Rid of the BAGGAGE in Your Relationships" (published by One11 Publishing), veteran author Sedrik Newbern gives readers practical relationship advice and tools to "Unpack the Baggage" that often causes broken marriages, broken children and broken families.

"There are so many broken people in the world today," said Newbern. "The epidemic of divorce has created generations of emotionally damaged people. I was one of those people. I was hurt by my childhood growing up without my father, so I was determined not to repeat the cycle. But I did. I was divorced at 30 years old and realized that my views on relationship, love and trust caused the destruction of my marriage.
