A childhood dream, nurtured by her current hospitality course and love for cooking has been the inspirations of author Kris L. Reddy to compile recipes that make up "Soups for Planet Earth" (published by Xlibris AU). This recently released book is aimed at people who are always on-the-go.

"Soups for Planet Earth" comes with easy and standard recipes aimed at people who are looking for a healthy and tasty food at the same time. The soups in this recipe book do not contain any food colors or additives. All ingredients used are healthy and nutritional fresh garden vegetables.

"It's healthy, it's time saving and its today's fad," Reddy says, "People want to eat home cooked meals they can trust but don't have the time to do them."

As she has been cooking for most of her life, Reddy shares it is possible for working individuals to enjoy home-cooked, additive-free food from their table too. Using modern method of cooking, the recipes herein allow readers and workers to use it for their daily cooking and consumption.
