Too often people do not have the luxury of spending all day with a good book. Busy people know it is disastrous for productivity to get involved with a novel that is too good to put down. That's why serial novels are great for people that can't afford to sit and read all day. With a serial novel, the reader can read one chapter, feel the fullness of it, and get back to work. According to author Holly Wilde, "Pick a good serial novel. It's a slow burning read that just takes a few moments out of your busy week." Ms. Wilde says the best part about serial novels is the curiosity factor. "It's not instant gratification, but dreaming about what's coming up next can be very exciting."

"The plan is to post a chapter of 'Salt River Confessions' every Tuesday and wrap it up sometime in August 2013" Ms. Wilde says.

"Salt River Confessions" is the memoir of a woman going through an ugly divorce. One day she stumbles upon the blog of a handsome geologist. Like any desperate housewife would, she starts cutting and pasting his writing about love and geology in with her own painful journal. The result is an enticing and sexy love story that could never be made up.

Holly Wilde's debut serial memoir "Salt River Confessions" went online in March 2013. New chapters will be posted every Tuesday until August 2013. Please note the advisory for language and some adult content.
