In "Common Management Challenges and How to Deal with Them" (published by iUniverse), author Ronald Hill's new self-help book, readers are given tools, tips and examples to help push their management style in the correct way. "To be successful as a manager, one must stay focused on the vital few and ignore the trivial many," says the author.
Hill invites readers to peruse over 30 years of management experience and techniques in "Common Management Challenges and How to Deal with Them." His key focus in the book is to help managers at any level see that "the key to success is to stay focused on the vital activities that lead to success." This key to success is broken into three factors that, as the author explains, are trusted and have been proven time and time again.
With 52 common management challenges presented with explanations, readers will be able to see the three factors at work as they meld their management style with Hill's. Presented in a simple, straightforward and readily actionable way, this book is ready for new and experienced managers alike.
