Lewes, England

Author Ronald A. Moore tackles the dangerous and seedy world of drug trafficking and sales in his new novel, "Vengeance" (published by AuthorHouse UK), which follows a man driven to stop the sale of drugs within the world of horse racing.

Drugs are running rampant in the southern part of England, being discreetly trafficked through horse racing. With no money exchanging hands between those buying and selling the drugs, the police force is at a loss. The Discreet Intelligence Reports and Technical Services company, also known as DIRTS, is hot on their trail.

Steve Hurst, the head of DIRTS, is determined to bring down the drug operation. His battle with the crime ring becomes personal when his fiancée falls for a junky and show jumper. Following the loss of his fiancée, Steve quickly falls for his coworker, Laura, further complicating his journey while also healing the wound left from his failed engagement.

Throughout "Vengeance," readers will watch as Steve and Laura race to bring down the drug operation. Meanwhile a contract killer aims to fulfill an objective of their own - killing Steve and Laura. Moore hopes his book will entertain readers with its action and romance and get them excited for the impending sequel, due in late 2015.

About the Author
