"Why was I born?" This is a question that people often ask about themselves, as author Roger Neetz observes. In his latest book "Youssef and his Three Sons" (published by iUniverse), Neetz writes a fiction story that relates the background and life events of the main characters' previous life to identify the unsolved problems of life that still exist in a troubled world.

An imaginative tale of a reborn life to certify identity, this story centers on the main character's interest to identify himself in answer to a question about his true purpose in life, which is answered in a diary kept by the soul of his predecessor.

"People wonder about the next phase of life, especially if life has been difficult. It is through rebirth that change occurs," the author tells.

Written in simple prose, "Youssef and his Three Sons" allows deeper thinking for readers. The book also relates life's imposed injustices by some on others who think differently or have less.

"All of my books show that there is a better way to live if we would only stop to think through a problem and reason. "
