Dynamic police officer, Rod Randel, aka The Hawk, who does things his own way, comes to life in the pages of the thrilling novel, "Frank-3 Enroute: The Streets of Las Vegas" (published by AuthorHouse) by Rod Harris with Norma Hood. Harris and Hood are embarking on a marketing campaign to promote the book, which is part of a series Clarion Review has given a four-star rating.
Never before has there been an officer like Rod Randel, aka "The Hawk": tough, experienced, undisciplined, a legend in his own time. Thrills, intense action and the subtle humor of their daily escapades explode on the streets of Las Vegas as Randel and his cantankerous partner, Sam Sikes, aka Grumpy, pursue the worst of criminals, solve crimes, protect citizens, and in their own unique way safeguard "The Hawk's" dazzling desert city.
An excerpt from "Frank-3 Enroute":
"'Officer Randel, is every day like this? Fights, robberies, wild women, crazy people and death?'
'No, Officer Wells. Some are worse. Hell, it's only 10:00a.m.!'"
