Ever wonder about the meaning of an exceptionally vivid dream? Ever have a dream that just won't go away? According to Rebecca E.S. Cleland, there may be special information in that kind of dream.
Cleland believes anyone could tap into the wisdom of their own dreams with proper guidance. Her dream journal, "Wise Dreams," offers that guidance and explains how people can live a healthier and more peaceful life by giving attention to what their dreams are trying to say.
Cleland has collected and analyzed her own dreams for over two decades. She found wisdom and insight in them that has helped her grow as a person.
"I decided that surely I was not unique; others must have access to this wisdom as well through their own dreams," Cleland said. "Since it took me some time to understand the symbols in my dreams have personal meaning, I believed that others needed introduction and guidance to find personal messages in their own dreams."
"Wise Dreams" aims to unscramble dreams by using Cleland's personal entries from a decades-long dream journal. It outlines the method Cleland used to interpret the messages and follows with personal interpretations that act as examples of how she extracts the insightful content.
"The subject of my journal is subjective and personal," Cleland said. "But its proof is in the contents. I have twenty-four years of personal observation recorded in my journals - those are my credentials."
