Inspired by her love of the beach, author Rebecca Angelina Nigro has penned the wondrously magic tale of "Sparkles & Zarkles" (published by AuthorHouse), a children's book about two small, colorful and adventurous fish that leave the sea behind them to experience life on land.

Readers join Sparkles and Zarkles as they find themselves trying to adjust to their new environment. "Adjusting to a new environment is not easy," says Nigro, "and just like people, fish have their place in life and their own environment in which they live."

"'Sparkles & Zarkles' is a fun-loving story," she says. With easy-to-read, rhyming lines, as well as beautifully illustrated pages, Nigro tells a hilarious tale about these two little fish who find their place in the world.
